• In situations where all requirements for graduation are met after the commencement date, the date of graduation and the date the diploma is issued is the date that all requirements for graduation are satisfied. 16. DURATION OF PROCEDURE The VCOM Grading, Satisfactory Academic Progress and Graduation Requirements Policy and Procedures is effective as of the date above and will remain effective until amended or terminated by the President, with approval by the Board of Directors.
