SNMA Chapter of the Month (July 21) – Recognized for outstanding service projects, including Healthy Heart Heroes and work with the East Alabama Food Bank. Fundraising & Awareness Events Polar Plunge for Special Olympics (Jan. 20) – Raised funds for the Lee County Special Olympics by participating in a cold-water plunge event. 5K for the Nourish Foundation (Feb. 24) – Students and faculty ran in a 5K benefiting community hunger relief efforts. Powderpuff Football Game Fundraiser (Nov. 26) – Raised funds for the Boykin Community Center Food Pantry. Holiday Bowl Charity Game (Dec. 9) – Proceeds supported the Angel Tree Fundraiser, benefiting families in need.
