OFFICERS ’ RESPONSIBILITY TO THE BOARD a) Of ficers will be asked to submit written reports to the Board of Directors and Campus Advisory Board Members biannually. b) Officers will be asked to present at the biannual Board of Directors meetings and Campus Advisory Board meetings from time to time.
