If payment is not received in accordance with the above conditions and by the date of the employee’s termination of employment with VCOM, any remaining VCOM compensation due to the employee may be applied to the principal amount owed. If payment is not received in accordance with the above conditions, and by the date of the employee’s termination of employment with VCOM, the employee is also responsible for all associated collection costs and/or attorney fees and interest (as set out in the Educational Aid Agreement) in addition to the principal sum of any and all amounts owed under the Educational Aid Agreements. In the event of death or approved disability, Educational Aid Agreement(s) may be canceled with approval of the President. 8. DURATION OF POLICY The VCOM Employee Educational Aid Program Policy and Procedures established by Administration is effective as of the date above and will remain effective until amended or terminated by the President, with approval by the Board of Directors.
