performance) or who have not participated in the required support meeting, will receive an “F” (Fail) grade for the course and be brought before the Promotion Board. These students will not be released to sit for COMLEX Level 2 CE until the “F” grade is resolved, as they will not have successfully completed the OMS 3 year. o Students must complete the remediation plan and sit for COMLEX Level 2 CE prior to October 1st of their OMS 4 year.  Once students complete the remediation plan and sit for COMLEX Level 2 CE on the assigned date, they will receive a “P” (Pass) grade for the Comprehensive Review Course II.  Those students who have not completed the plan and/or who have not sat for COMLEX Level 2 CE by prior to October 1st of their OMS 4 year will receive an “INC” (Incomplete) grade for the course and will be temporarily withdrawn until they pass COMLEX Level 2 CE. These students will not be eligible for re-enrollment or further financial aid until they pass COMLEX Level 2 CE. The period of withdrawal may not exceed 180 days in a 12 month period or an academic year.  Temporary withdrawal may not exceed a 180-day limit, which is cumulative within the 12-month period or academic year and includes any prior leaves or suspensions in that 12-month period or academic year. Therefore, students should work closely with CIFSS and the Campus Dean to ensure the total number of days of their remediation plan does not exceed the allotted 180 days.  Upon receiving a passing score within the 180-day limit, the student will be re enrolled to the OMS 4-year.  Those students who do not pass COMLEX Level 2 CE within the 180-day limit will be dismissed by the Campus Dean.
