variety of age-appropriate activities. Members also performed annual free health screenings at Meeting Street Academy. Through a partnership with ReGenesis Health Care, members provided back-to-school health screenings for 738 students and started a new partnership with the local United Way to provide free health screenings and milestone checks for children. ACOP also volunteered at the Chapman Cultural Center’s annual Science Day event, Play in the Park, and Safe Kids Day, and expanded partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters by providing nearly 20 new mentors for the school- based program. ACOP faculty advisor Hanna Sahhar, MD, guided over 20 of the ACOP members in various clinical research projects, most of which were then presented at multiple national and local conferences.
