6.2 Grade Point Average (GPA) The grade point average (GPA) is the sum of earned grade points divided by the sum of credit hours passed and failed. 6.3 Finalization and Changes to Course Grades For the third year, all rotations have a clinical rotation grade and a clinical modules/exam grade. OMS 3 students receive clinical rotation competency grades and the clinical modules/exam grade at the end of each rotation though the VCOM Portal. OMM course grades are available to OMS 3 students through the VCOM Portal system at the end of each semester of the OMS 3 year. OMS 3 students receive the research paper grade through the VCOM Portal system at the end of the academic year.

OMS 4 students receive clinical rotation competency grades at the end of each rotation though the VCOM Portal.
