may occur based on changes in hospital ownership, educational needs of the student, changes in hospital and VCOM agreements, loss of a teaching physician at a specific hospital, and/or a change in resources of the hospital. When this occurs, VCOM will provide notice to the student as soon as the Office of Clinical Affairs is made aware, and the students will be contacted individually in order to schedule the best possible alternate site for the rotations.
