2.2 Refunding When No Title IV Monies Were Received If the student did not receive Title IV monies to pay for tuition and fees and his/her completion percentage is less than 60 percent, the Business Office will independently calculate the pro-rata tuition and fees refund due to the student. The pro-rata tuition refund will be applied to the students’ accounts and may reduce any balances the students owe VCOM. A check or direct deposit will be issued to the student. 3. DURATION OF POLICY The Policy and Procedures on Tuition and Fees Refunds is effective as of the date above and will remain effective until amended or terminated by the President, with approval by the Board of Directors.
