P hysical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) is a specialty committee of SAAO that educates members in the field of PM&R. This specialty is often not well-known and is a blending of neurological disease management and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. • PM&R, in partnership with ICM invited Cindie Wolfe, a neurological musical therapist, to give an interactive talk on music therapy. This introduction to music therapy highlighted how this alternative therapy is affecting the lives of patients.
