3 rd Place Krista Johansen, MD - VCOM Faculty Photo Title: "When the Treatment is Over, Healing Continues” Description: As my mom, dad and I decided to discontinue treatment for his cancer, we entered hospice and were grateful to have a DO as the hospice physician. We were able to be with him mind, body and soul. He died knowing he was loved.
