While Debbie Geiger, in her down-time, is “working diligently to fill requests from healthcare workers in the area for masks using materials that we either already had at home, were donated by others in the community or we personally purchased,” said Geiger. The mask makers average about 1,000 masks a week and 100 to 200 H600 masks. As of May 4, 2020, the group had donated close to 3,000 masks to local healthcare facilities personnel.
