Big/Little Sibling Program The College fosters the close-knit atmosphere of the “VCOM Family” through the Big/Little Sibling Program to help incoming students navigate life in medical school. Each first-year student is connected to a second-year student who can answer questions and offer a wide range of tips and advice.
