community. This presented a wonderful opportunity for SNMA members to sharpen their public speaking and presentation skills. The organization also assisted with the Be the Match program, recruiting 52 VCOM students to the life-saving bone marrow registry. SNMA members hosted the semi-annual health fair at the Upstate Fatherhood Coalition this year, and VCOM faculty supervised members as they took patient histories, measured vitals, monitored glucose and cholesterol, and administered flu vaccinations.
