This past year’s inductees to the VCOM-Auburn chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) were honored at a special dinner held on May 23, 2019. The Arnold P. Gold Foundation works with healthcare professionals to ensure that compassion, respect and empathy are at the

core of all healthcare interactions. Humanism in healthcare is characterized by a respectful and compassionate relationship among physicians, members of the healthcare team and patients. Being recognized as class leaders in humanism is truly a great honor for these students.
