someone who recently was a medical student. Finally, members had the privilege of hearing from Drs. Matthew and Nicole Carter about work/life balance, working in the office as spouses and managing kids with their schedules. It was very helpful to hear about the day-to-day excitement that comes with being a pediatrician and how it is definitely still possible to have hobbies outside of medicine. Additionally, the chapter had several club representatives attend the ACOP Conference last year in Fort Myers, Florida where they learned how to integrate osteopathic principles into different fields in pediatrics. ACOP members are proud of the many events held this past year and very excited to see what the chapter does in the future!
