VCOM 2023 Annual Report

2021 Students at VCOM-Auburn complete workshops on the administration of the COVID-19 vaccines. VCOM-Auburn works with East Alabama Medical Center in the Auburn/Opelika area to host a mass vaccine clinic.

2022 VCOM joins higher education institutions in a public-private partnership with Alabama Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AAICE), established to improve the development and understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

2023 International mission trips resume after being put on hold due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. VCOM-Auburn’s fifth class graduates in May.

VCOM-Auburn, in partnership with Auburn Pediatric and Adult Medicine, opens a clinic in the Auburn University MRI building. Heath Parker, DO, starts as the new dean of VCOM-Auburn.
