Teaching and interacting with students and helping them with their research work is the best

part of my job at VCOM. Some students are very strong from the start and need little help and produce fantastic results. But equally so, many students have less experience and start more slowly, but inevitably they end up doing fantastic projects that are important and help move the research Mission forward.
