Working at VCOM has been an interesting journey. At the beginning, we were in small

cubicles together, we knew each other and it was a small group. Today, VCOM has grown to four campuses. There are a few of us old timers or OGs still around, but not many. I have seen VCOM consistently evolve to adapt to the changes in student’s needs. With so much information and accessibility to it on the internet, students are much more aware of different aspects of medicine. This pushes me to be a constant learner, not only with my own research, but to keep up with our amazing students. In this way, working at VCOM continues to be a learning experience for me.
