IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE APPALACHIAN COLLEGE OF PHARMACY Doctor of Pharmacy

By entering Virginia's only three-year Doctor of Pharmacy program, students save one year of tuition and related expenses and graduates start earning a salary one year sooner. This program exposes students to a variety of pharmacy practice experiences: primary care clinics and clinical specialties within hospitals and health systems. Qualified students are granted an interview at VCOM.

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AVERETT UNIVERSITY Master of Science in Applied Healthcare Data Analytics Offered through Averett University, with collaborative teaching by VCOM professors, the master of science in applied healthcare data analytics (MSAHDA) teaches advanced skills in organizing and managing medical data for students who want to help healthcare organizations deliver a more efficient, higher quality data-informed practice. This program is formatted for accelerated study and is taken completely online. Most students take one eight week course at a time with potential completion in under two years.

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BLUEFIELD UNIVERSITY Master of Health Science in Anesthesia Program Located on the VCOM-Auburn campus, the Master of Health Science in Anesthesia (MHSA) Program, a 28-month program of study, is a joint collaboration between VCOM and Bluefield University. Clinical rotations provide the student with a comprehensive experiential knowledge base in anesthetic techniques and clinical scenarios. Graduates of the program are eligible to take the certification exam administered by the National Commission on Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
