INTERNATIONAL OUTREACH

90 S tudents completing an international rotation will have the opportunity to experience an urban clinic, remote rural communities, hospitals, academic activities and medical missions when they correspond with the month of rotation. Topics of particular relevance include tropical diseases and medical needs of underserved populations where resources and access to treatment are often limited.

Rotation Students

10 T en residents from five different hospitals completed rotations at international sites. They developed skills in tropical medicine, global health and culture competencies. Evaluations from these students attest to outstanding experiences vital to their preparation as physicians. Residents
