27 M any VCOM alumni continue to support the College’s outreach efforts. After completing residency training and beginning their careers as physicians, they come back to support VCOM’s Mission, as well as train the next generation of medical students with global health in mind. Several VCOM graduates have returned to the College as faculty to share their knowledge with current students. Several of these alumni faculty travel as preceptors in the international clinical environment.
