This scholarship helps to alleviate the financial burden I and other students take on in our pursuit of becoming physicians with an interest in working in rural areas. ”

Jeanne Horne Stosser Scholarship Olivia Osborne “ I’ve always known that I wanted to go into primary care. At this point in time, the two fields of medicine I am most interested in are family medicine and OB/GYN. My plan is to practice medicine in a small community, much like the one I grew up in, with the hopes that I can make a positive impact on the members of that community by improving overall health. I feel so blessed to be in this position, and I am grateful for the support that this scholarship will provide. ”
