regarding study plan progress and question bank performance. VCOM will evaluate students’ completion of the prescribed remediation plan when determining students’ readiness to sit for COMLEX Level 2 CE and approving the students’ testing date.

• VCOM students are limited to four scored attempts to pass COMLEX Level 2 CE. As successful passage of COMLEX Level 1 is a requirement for graduation, those students who do not pass within four attempts will be dismissed by the Campus Dean. 13.2.2 COMLEX Level 2 CE: Students Who Have Not Passed by the Date of Graduation A student who has not passed COMLEX Level 2 CE by the time they have completed all other graduation requirements will be required to follow one of the three procedures below, according to which of the three match their status at the time of graduation. A. A student who has taken COMLEX Level 2 CE and is awaiting a COMLEX Level 2 CE score at the time of completing all other graduation requirements will be placed on a Temporary Administrative Withdrawal by the Campus Dean. • Upon receiving a passing score, if all other requirement for graduation have been met, the student will be re-enrolled and will graduate on the date they receive a passing score. • If the student receives a failing score, the student will remain on temporary withdrawal and must successfully pass COMLEX Level 2 CE within a required timeframe to avoid dismissal. B. A student who is enrolled in VCOM’s National Board Preparation course and who is in a college approved COMLEX Level 2 CE external immersion program as part of the prescribed remediation plan at the time of completing all other graduation requirements will be allowed to complete the immersion program. The prescribed remediation plan will include a date the student is to sit for COMLEX Level 2 CE. Once the student sits for the exam they will be placed on a Temporary Administrative Withdrawal by the Campus Dean until the score is returned. • Upon receiving a passing score, if all other requirements for graduation have been met, the student will be re-enrolled and will graduate on the date they receive a passing score. o Temporary withdrawal may not exceed a 180-day limit. If the total time exceeds 180 days, the student will be dismissed by the Campus Dean.
