11. DIFFICULT RECRUITMENTS For some positions, recruiting can be difficult due to the low number of potential candidates; thus, identifying multiple qualified candidates may not be possible. Modifications to this policy may be necessary from time-to-time and must be approved by the hiring officer/supervisor and Campus Dean

and/or President and Provost. 12. DURATION OF POLICY

The VCOM Policy and Procedures for Recruiting Administrative Staff, Classified Staff, and Select Wage Employees, established by the Office of the President and Provost is effective as of the date above and will remain effective until amended or terminated by the President and Provost.
